A. GENERAL
1. We hereby provide you with an overview of the processing of your data and your rights in accordance with the provisions of the European General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and the Liechtenstein Data Protection Act ("DSG").

III. LEGAL BASIS

11. In addition to the data protection regulations of the GDPR, national data protection regulations apply in Liechtenstein. These include, in particular, the Liechtenstein Data Protection Act (DSG).
D. WEBSITE
12. Each time our website is accessed, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the accessing computer.
13. The following data will be collected:

- Internet service provider of the user

- Date and time of access
- Website of origin
14. We store this information for a maximum period of six months. It is stored for reasons of data security in order to ensure the stability and operational security of our system. Personal data is not evaluated or passed on to third parties.
I. COOKIES

II. SERVER LOG FILES
7. The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in socalled server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are

III. GOOGLE ANALYTICS
18. This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics.
19. Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies". These are text files that are stored on your computer and enable your use of the website to be analyzed. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
20. This data cannot be assigned to specific persons. This data is not merged with other data sources. We reserve the right to check this data retrospectively if we become aware
of specific indications of unlawful use.
IV. IP ANONYMIZATION
21. We have activated the IP anonymization function on this website. This means that your IP address will be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before being transmitted to the USA. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
E. RIGHT TO INFORMATION AND DELETION
22. You have the right to be informed whether personal data concerning you is being processed by us. Upon request, we will provide you with the personal data stored in our databases, including the available information on the origin of the data, the purpose and, if applicable, the legal basis for the processing as well as the categories of personal data processed, the parties involved in the data collection and the data recipients.
23. You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time and/or object to the use of your data for advertising or marketing purposes. You may exercise other rights, such as the right to rectification, and you also have the right to have inaccurate personal data rectified or to have your personal data blocked or erased, depending on the legal basis on which we process certain personal data.
